Advocate Tymoteusz Paprocki specialises in providing comprehensive services to business entities as well as representation of clients in court proceedings. He is highly experienced in advising State Treasury companies, group entities and foreign clients on matters complex in terms of their substance and subject.

In addition, he excels in pre-litigation negotiations and in supporting clients' business activities by creating legally effective action scenarios. Advocate Tymoteusz Paprocki coordinates the work of the Law Firm's team to ensure the best results of undertaken assignments.

Advocate Tymoteusz Paprocki personally participates in the representation of his clients before common courts. He is highly experienced in litigation, which has been confirmed by numerous favourable court decisions. He also supports clients as a defence counsel in criminal proceedings, in particular those with cross-border motives and extradition proceedings.

As advisor to parliamentary committees and teams, he supports legislative processes, converting his professional experience into the creation of new legislation.

He is actively involved in the bar association. Currently, holding the position of the Chair of the Commission for Image, Communication and Public Education at the Regional Bar Council in Warsaw.
